Delivery Policy

We acknowledge delivery by email or by downloading it from our website. There is no hard copy delivered to the address as all work is delivered electronically.

All work will be completed within the given timeframe. In such a case, the money you have paid will be refunded.

Your work will be delayed if you fail to do something. The company is not responsible for any costs, charges, or delays in the work.

The change in the work may only be made by Customer Support if the writer has not yet begun the work.

A customer is responsible for downloading the service deliverable within seven days of receiving it. Later than that the company is no longer responsible for the work.

Once the work has been delivered for seven days, we will not provide any changes to it.

Once an order has been delivered to the specified email address, please carefully review each one.
